Housatonic Habitat for Humanity recently held its first Realtor Lunch & Learn program of 2019 where the topic of Facebook Marketing was presented by Don T. Troiano, President of Market Pros Digital. Don discussed how to use social media tools to grow business and brand awareness. The presentation included simple steps to getting started on Facebook and ways to set up online advertising.
This was the first of three Realtor Lunch & Learn sessions focused on social media. The series is a collaboration between Housatonic Habitat for Humanity and the Northern Fairfield County Board of Realtors (NFCAR), the Ridgefield Board of Realtors (RBOR), and the Greater New Milford Board of Realtors (GNMBR). The in-service educational events are free for NFCAR, RBOR and GNMBR members and include a luncheon buffet. They are also open to the public with a suggested $15 donation per person.
The next Lunch & Learn session, “Instagram and Other Social Media,” will be held on February 13 at the ReStore, 51 Austin Street, Danbury. Lunch will be held from 11:30-12:15 and the presentation will run from 12:15-1:15. The final presentation, “Choosing and Using a Digital Camera,” is set for March 13.
