DESCRIPTION:Join Housatonic Habitat for Humanity for a free workshop designed to help prepare for the future with confidence. \nThis educational session will focus on practical ways to remain safe\, independent\, and organized while aging at home. Attendees will learn about Housatonic Habitat for Humanity’s Aging in Place Program\, which provides free safety home repairs for qualifying low-income seniors\, veterans\, and individuals with disabilities. \nWe will also introduce our Records & Wishes guide\, a helpful resource that assists individuals and families with organizing important personal\, medical\, and household information in case of an emergency or unexpected life event. \nWhether you are planning for yourself or helping a loved one prepare for the future\, this workshop will provide valuable information\, resources\, and peace of mind. \nMonday\, June 15\, 2026\n1:00 PM – 2:00 PM \n📍 Brookfield Senior Center\n100 Pocono Rd.\nBrookfield\, CT \nThis workshop is free to attend.
