Pamela Brown is a veteran journalist, marketing professional, and is founder and owner of PMB Writing & Consulting, providing professional content and marketing services to support the needs of business owners and authors to help them expand their visibility. Working in the publishing industry for over 20 years, Pamela’s vast writing portfolio includes magazines, newspapers, digital publications, and nonprofits in Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and New York. In addition, she is the author of Faithful Love, a contemporary romance novel, available on Amazon and BarnesandNoble.com.
Pamela is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University (WCSU) with a BS in Justice & Law Administration and a minor in Political Science, and a Master of Arts in English with a concentration in American Literature. Pamela was an adjunct professor of English at WCSU for 16 years and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the WCSU Alumni Association.
A longtime Danbury resident, Pamela is active in her community and is a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish. She is proud to be a member of Housatonic Habitat for Humanity’s Board of Directors to help the organization further its mission of building homes, hope, lives, and community at a time when it is needed the most.
In her free time, Pamela enjoys expressing her creativity through artwork in charcoal, colored pastel, and acrylic paint. She also plays tennis, gardens, dances, and spends time with her two dogs, a mini Goldendoodle, Rafa (named after famous tennis player, Rafael Nadal) and Andy, a Maltese-Shih Tzu.
