Prior to partnering with Habitat, Erica lived paycheck to paycheck in an expensive apartment. With Habitat’s assistance, including down payment grants and personalized financial planning, Erica was able to purchase a condo for herself and her family, which brought significant stability and a sense of community to their lives.
