Programs
Housing +
Here’s How It Works:
- We educate ourselves about the wealth of resources available in our community.
- We share this knowledge with homeowners in need.
- We facilitate referrals to other nonprofits, supporting homeowners not only with housing but also promoting mental and physical health equity!
Additionally, Housatonic Habitat offers a free home assessment to our community partners as part of our aging in place program, which extends to offering free home repairs to low-income seniors and veterans. This initiative enables them to age safely in the comfort of their own homes.
This program unites local nonprofits to strengthen our community outreach as a whole.
