Home repairs for low-income seniors.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be 60 years or older.
- Must be the homeowner. This program is not for renters.
- Income level should not exceed $2,600 per month.
- Excluding home equity, asset level cannot exceed $50,000.
- Home must be located in one of the following CT towns: Bethel, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Danbury, New Canaan, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield, Roxbury, Sherman, Washington, Wilton and Weston.
